Public auction procedure for the concession of private use of the municipal public domain for the operation of a built kiosk, intended as a drinking establishment with a terrace on Avenida Duque de Ávila/Avenida Rovisco Pais

The object of this public auction is the concession of space in the municipal public domain, intended for a drinks and catering establishment, with the service provided consisting essentially of the supply of drinks, kiosk products and catering, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 10/2015, of January 16, Regulation (EC) no. 852/2004, of the European Parliament and Council, of April 29, 2004, and Decree-Law no. 113/2006, of June 12.

The public auction will take place in the tender room of the Municipality's Central Building - Documentation Center.

Interested parties may visit the space subject to this public auction on the following dates:

  • july 31, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00;
  • august 7, 2025 from 14:00 to 17:00.

Any interested party may request, in writing, any clarifications it deems necessary from the Public Tender Committee, by 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025 , at the following email address: dmaevce@cm-lisboa.pt.

Proposals must be sent by post in an opaque, sealed envelope, in accordance with the terms described in articles 9 and 10 of the Public Tender Program.º of the Public Tender program, under registration and with acknowledgement of receipt, or delivered by hand by the candidates or their representatives, against receipt, and in either case, they must be received at the Department of Relations with the Citizen and Participation - Customer Service Division - Lisbon Store - Entrecampos, located in the Central Building of the Municipality - Campo Grande, n.º 25, Piso 0, 1749-099 Lisboa, until 13:00 on 08/09/2025.
