The Municipality has opened an extraordinary tender for the allocation of 33 homes, ranging from studio to three-bedroom units, under the Affordable Rent Program.
The competition is aimed at residents of the municipality of Lisbon with an annual income of €6,270 or more.

Submission of applications
Applications are open from 15:00 on December 9, 2025 until 17:00 on January 16, 2026.
To submit your application and be admitted to the competition by lottery, follow these steps:
1.º Access the Habitar Lisboa Platform;
2.º Fill in the Registration Form;
3.º Submit your application.
The entire administrative procedure for this competition takes place through the Habitar Lisboa Platform, through which all the documents requested by the services are submitted and all the notifications inherent to the competition are made.

The housing will be allocated by lottery, which will take place on January 23, 2026, in the Tenders Room of the Central Building of Lisbon City Hall, located at Campo Grande, no. 25.
