Artistic Exchange Lisbon-Budapest 2026

Lisbon City Council is selecting artists for two artistic residencies in Budapest. The residencies will last one month each and will take place from June 1 to 30 and July 1 to 31, 2026.

Artistic exchange program, in the area of Plastic/Visual Arts, within the scope of the Twinning Agreement between the cities of Lisbon and Budapest, to support artistic creation, fostering the development of collaborative artistic projects between Portuguese and foreign creators.

Applications are open from March 1 to 31.

The selected artists will be awarded a grant of €1,000 (in Hungarian Forint); free travel and accommodation.
