Regular action: daily actions in the sewage system and on the surface. Seasonal control takes place during periods when conditions are more favorable for pests - between early spring and late autumn.

One-off interventions: in public spaces or on municipal property - at the request of services or residents - or in homes where there are unhealthy situations, at the request of Health Authorities, Parish Councils or other entities.
