Festivals and Fairs
The country's biggest literary festival, with a diverse cultural program, aims to encourage a love of reading and promote literacy for all ages.
With a new, more sustainable square - Praça Verde - the event will have 350 pavilions, 963 publishing brands and more than 85,000 different titles.
This year the fair has created the "Let's Plant Books with the Navigator Company" project, which allows a tree to be planted for every book bought during the event.
Another highlight is the "Camping with Stories" project, which will take 150 children between the ages of eight and ten to spend a day and a night at the Book Fair.
