Classic Summer

This festival fosters musical training of excellence and the public presentation of young talents, encouraging and supporting them in building their careers, and encouraging cultural exchange between participants of different nationalities.

From Lisbon to the world, the 11th edition will take place in various venues that will host unmissable concerts with the interpretation of outstanding works from the classical repertoire of the 18th to 21st centuries. Dozens of talented young musicians from more than twenty countries, distinguished in national and international competitions, are performing at this festival.

Founded in 2015 by Filipe Pinto-Ribeiro, Verão Clássico combines an artistic program of excellent concerts with an intense international academy of masterclasses, bringing together great soloists and teachers from prestigious conservatories in Lisbon.
