Collective Neuroses: How hard is it to switch off?

Are we really addicted? is "switching off" a choice or an impossible challenge?

RedeSAÚDE at the University of Lisbon is promoting a new series of meetings - Collective Neuroses - which invites reflection and open dialog on the major health issues of our time. In an informal and participatory atmosphere, each session starts with a theme and a guest, but it's the audience that leads the conversation.

Session 1: How hard is it to switch off?

In the first session, the focus is on the relationship with digital: are we dependent? Can we really switch off?

With the participation of Professor Daniel Sampaio, this meeting offers a space for sharing where questions, experiences and individual perspectives help to build a collective reflection.
