World Physical Activity Day

A perfect Sunday morning to take to the streets, get moving and experience the city by the river

The riverfront will be transformed into a huge outdoor space to get your body moving, discover new activities and celebrate the river.

As part of the Lisboa Ativa concept , from people to people, and in partnership with the municipalities of Oeiras and Cascais, between Alcântara and São Pedro do Estoril, we will have around 15 kilometers without cars, entirely dedicated to sport, leisure and socializing.

In Lisbon, between the Cordoaria Nacional and the Algés Viaduct, you can try out various team sports, martial arts, walks, runs and bike rides along the Avenida, dance, gymnastics, classes on stage, and take part in actions linked to health and well-being.
