The municipality organized a series of initiatives to mark the date, but also to value local memory and identity
To mark this milestone, the municipality organized a series of initiatives designed to stimulate creativity and citizen participation. These included debates, sharing experiences and ideas, meetings, exhibitions and workshops. They also provided various opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, nature walks, running, cycling, mountain biking and socializing in the Picnic and Recreational Parks.
The Monsanto Interpretation Center also prepared a variety of activities dedicated to environmental education and awareness, climate literacy and nature conservation. Visitors enjoyed a wide range of educational resources, guided tours for schools, groups and families, interpretive walks, participation workshops and other outdoor activities.
