New parking lot in Alvalade

A new parking lot on Avenida Rio de Janeiro, next to the Alvalade Market, went into operation today with 246 spaces spread over four levels and various mobility solutions for residents and shopkeepers.


The space offers 246 spaces spread over four floors.

"This new facility will reinforce the availability of parking in Alvalade and facilitate access to the market and nearby shops, thus benefiting the residents and the local economy of this Lisbon neighborhood," said the Mayor of Lisbon, Carlos Moedas.

The park also has 24 charging stations for electric vehicles, spaces reserved for motorcycles and people with reduced mobility, as well as an outdoor structure prepared to integrate energy efficiency solutions and fully integrated into the neighborhood.
