This Easter, shop local

Lisbon City Council (CML) invites residents and visitors to give priority to local stores and businesses.

The municipality's campaign seeks to reinforce the role of local commerce in the life of neighborhoods and in the city's economic dynamics, remembering that "every consumer choice has a direct impact on its vitality".

At the same time, CML is once again providing the city's shops and restaurants with wrapping paper and individual table runners for use during this period. These elements contribute to a more careful and coherent experience, accompanying the increase in movement typical of this time of year.

Among the campaign's illustrations, which "recreate a vibrant and genuinely Lisbon atmosphere", are grocery stores, florists, fairs, cafés, neighborhood stores, grilled sardines, bifana, croquettes, pastel de nata and architectural references of the city, among others.

This Easter, look out for the "I bought in Lisbon" stickers and support the local commerce that brings neighborhoods to life.
