Transparency and Corruption Prevention in debate with Columbia University students

A group of students from the School of International Public Affairs at Columbia University (USA) was received at Lisbon City Hall as part of a project aimed at evaluating the measures set out in the Municipal Transparency and Corruption Prevention Strategy.

Over the course of a week, under the guidance of Professor André Corrêa d'Almeida - president of the All4integrity Association and a professor at Columbia University - the students took part in various working sessions with municipal technicians from the Transparency and Corruption Prevention, Lisbon Urban Management and Intelligence and Information Systems departments.

For Jazmim Veja, part of this group of students, the experience in Lisbon "was very enriching, because we learned how cities can prevent corruption and maintain transparency".
