The object of this public auction is the concession of space in the municipal public domain, intended for a drinks and catering establishment, with the service provided consisting essentially of the supply of drinks, kiosk products and catering, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 10/2015, of January 16, Regulation (EC) no. 852/2004, of the European Parliament and Council, of April 29, 2004, and Decree-Law no. 113/2006, of June 12.

Public auction
The public auction will take place in the tender room of the Municipality's Central Building - Documentation Center.
Visit the space
Interested parties may visit the space subject to this public auction on the following dates:
- july 24, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00;
- august 21, from 14:00 to 17:00.
Request for clarification
Interested parties may request, in writing, any clarifications they deem necessary, until 5:00 p.m. on August 18, 2025, to the Public Tender Committee at the Municipal Directorate of Asset Management - Department of Asset Administration - Contract Management Division, located at Edifício Central do Município - Campo Grande, n.º 25, Piso 3, Bloco C, 1749-099 Lisboa, with the email: dmgp.dap.dgc@cm-lisboa.pt.
Presentation of proposals
Tenders must be sent by post in an opaque, sealed envelope, under the terms described in article 9 of the public auction program, under registration and with acknowledgement of receipt, or delivered by hand by the candidates or their representatives, against receipt, and in either case must be received at the Department of Relations with the Citizen and Participation - Customer Service Division - Lisbon Shop - Entrecampos, by 13:00 on September 1st, 2025.
