The municipality is promoting preliminary market consultations with the aim of exploring innovative solutions, assessing market capacity and gathering input for the definition of technical and functional requirements for future purchases in the area of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
These consultations make it possible to better plan procurement processes, ensuring the principles of competition, non-discrimination and transparency, as established in Article 35-A of the Public Contracts Code (CCP).
