Lisboa 5L - International Festival of Portuguese Literature and Language

Lisboa 5L returns with a program dedicated to Language and Literature, bringing together authors, artists and the public around the theme of "home".

Over five days, the festival offers talks, concerts, cinema, visual arts and activities for families, schools and library professionals, promoting multiple encounters between different forms of expression.

Highlights include the presence of British author Geoff Dyer and a tribute to António Lobo Antunes, as well as concerts in the garden of the Palácio Galveias Library and film screenings at the Nimas Cinema.

The program also includes activities for the youngest, storytellers and the 5L Book Fair, which brings together the city's bookshops in an atmosphere of reading celebration.
