Living Models of Old Lisbon - Alfredo Roque Gameiro
In 2025 we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the publication of Lisboa Velha, one of the most beautiful tributes to the city of Lisbon by the painter Alfredo Roque Gameiro.
The Gabinete de Estudos Olisiponenses and Casa Roque Gameiro have teamed up to mark this special date with an exhibition that combines Roque Gameiro's drawings with period photographs from the Lisbon Municipal Archive and current images of the city.
The exhibition will be complemented by a series of special activities dedicated to the work and memory of Roque Gameiro.
Opening hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 17:30;
- Sunday, from 14:30 to 17:30;
- Open on public holidays.
