The activity provides a practical understanding of the essential role of green infrastructure in mitigating heat islands, regulating the city's temperature and promoting climate comfort. A participatory experience that combines science, the environment and active citizenship, demonstrating how nature is a fundamental ally in adapting to climate change.

Performative and sensory walk in the Forest: Sounds, Shadows and Roots
An immersive walk in which the body tunes in artistically and sensorially to the natural surroundings.
Along the way, participants will be led through moments of bodily expression, words, sound and silence, creating possible sensitive narratives inspired by and in relationship with the forest itself. More than walking, dancing or writing, it's about feeling: listening to the natural sounds amplified by attuning attention to details that normally go unnoticed. Absorbing textures with the body, breathing in the rhythm of the trees, touching the smell of the earth. The dance won't just be observed - it will be experienced in the dialogue that each body has with its interiority and with place, promoting an emotional and conscious connection with nature.

The Trail Wants to be Clean
A plogging walk that combines contact with nature with concrete action: walking and collecting waste along the route.
Following the Water Route, participants are invited to walk through the forest, paying attention to the flow lines, streams and points where water circulates, understanding how abandoned waste compromises the quality of water, soil and biodiversity.
This initiative underlines the vital link between forest and water: protecting the forest means ensuring clean water, healthy ecosystems and a more sustainable future. A simple gesture, but one with real impact - because every piece of waste collected is a step towards defending life.
