BIP/ZIP Program - The aim of this program is to promote projects designed for and by local communities, meeting their needs at various levels and involving local forces and the community itself, with direct consequences in terms of employability, training, action in the fields of health, education, the elderly, unemployed young people or vulnerable groups.
Loja para Todos - With a view to establishing a relevant instrument in local development policy, namely in promoting socio-territorial cohesion, entrepreneurship and local employability, Lisbon City Council began the procedure for drawing up the draft Regulations for the Allocation and Management of Non-Housing Spaces in Municipal Neighborhoods, through a public consultation that ran from May 4 to June 16, 2023.

Navegante School Card - Free access to the public transport network in the 18 municipalities of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area for all students attending a public or private school in the city of Lisbon between the 1st and 12th grades. It also offers free access to EGEAC's monuments and museums to primary, secondary and high school students living in Lisbon and a discount for non-residents.
Navegante School Card
Mobility support program - Aims to contribute to the social integration of people with disabilities and, consequently, to their personal and human development, by providing daily adapted transport to young people and adults with disabilities who do not find an adequate response in the urban transport network.
Open house program - Aims to eliminate architectural barriers in municipal and private housing, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of people with limited mobility and their families.
Espaço Lx Jovem - Provides information on various areas of interest to young people, on initiatives promoted by Lisbon City Council and the Marvila Parish Council and promotes exhibitions and other cultural activities, by providing spaces and technical support for the initiatives.
Culture Pass - Entry to more than 40 cultural venues in Lisbon is free for all residents aged up to 23 and over 65 (inclusive).
