Local elections 2025: results in Lisbon

More than 57 % of registered voters cast their ballots yesterday in Lisbon's municipal elections. The PSD/CDS/IL coalition won both the City Council and the Municipal Assembly, the representative bodies of the municipality.


In the election for Lisbon City Council, the PSD/CDS/IL coalition, led by Carlos Moedas - now re-elected president - won with 41.69%, corresponding to 110,586 votes.

The coalition's victory was repeated in the Municipal Assembly, with 21 municipal deputies elected, and a result of 39.55%.
