What we are doing
Lisbon City Council is developing the Martim Moniz Square Redevelopment Project
An integrated project means a spatial approach that will cover all the systems that make up the public space - pedestrian accessibility, mobility, green structure, street lighting, street furniture, drainage, etc.
The overall budget for the intervention amounts to €7,700,000 (seven million seven hundred thousand euros) plus VAT at the legally applicable rate.
Process steps
Contract signing

Placement of billboards with the winning bid in the square. Promotion on the networks
Conference presentation and discussion of the winning proposal.

The project is already being drawn up.
The contract for the provision of services is a Direct Award adopted under the provisions of Article 27(1)(g) of the CCP for the sum of €462,000.00 (four hundred and sixty-two thousand euros) plus VAT at the legal rate in force, which includes the amount corresponding to the 1st prize of €30,000.00 (thirty thousand euros) plus VAT at the legal rate in force, awarded to the first place in the tender.
