António do Couto Housing Cooperative Competition

• Decision to select the cooperative;
• Notification of the award decision and final report to all competing cooperatives.

• Notification of bidders to clarify or remedy non-essential irregularities;
• Preparation of a preliminary report ranking the bids;
• Notification of the report to the bidders at the prior hearing;
• Preparation of the final report.

The public opening of tenders will take place in the tender room of the Municipality's Central Building, located at Campo Grande, n.º 25, Piso 1, Bloco F, in Lisbon.

In Announcement No. AN/2/DMGP/CML/24, the committee responds to the requests for clarification submitted.

Information session on the cooperative for the construction of 18 homes in the Auditorium of MUDE - Museu do Design, Rua Augusta, 24, 1100-053 Lisboa

No prior registration required.

Proposals must be submitted in an opaque, sealed envelope.

Write on the front of the envelope:

• Proposal;
• Tender for the constitution of a surface right for the construction of 18 non-profit dwellings in rua antónio do couto within the scope of the cooperativas 1ª habitação lisboa program - conc/1/dmgp/cml/24;
• the corporate name of the competing Cooperative;
• the e-mail address to be used for this procedure.

Delivery of the tender:

• by hand
  Loja Lisboa - Entrecampos, located in the Central Building of the Municipality in Campo Grande, no. 25, Floor 0, 1749-099 Lisboa
• sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt:
  Câmara Municipal de Lisboa - Customer Service Division - Campo Grande, nº 25, Piso 0, 1749-099 Lisboa.

Clarifications on the parts of the procedure must be requested in writing to the Commission, by email to cooperativa.antoniodocouto@cm-lisboa.pt.

The response to all requests for clarification deemed appropriate and necessary for the formulation of the Proposals and submitted within the deadline will be provided by December 13, 2024, to the applicants by email and published on this page.
